Ministry Description

I work with Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and the County College of Morris (CCM). I essentially win students to Christ, build them up in their faith, and send them out into the world, so that they know how to and will lovingly and effectively share the gospel of Jesus Christ to whomever they encounter. This semester, I want to make sure that the students are involved in a small group and discipleship. Right now, I am currently trying to help build up the men’s small group. While the students are getting built up in their own faith, my definite focus this semester is evangelism – both initiative and relational. I will be taking them around campus to do both forms of evangelism. I want evangelism to be a natural part of their DNA in their everyday lives. Also, it has been more than exciting seeing CCM grow! When I first arrived on campus, Campus Christian Fellowship's focus had been fellowship, with no real emphasis on sharing the gospel on campus. So, it has been exciting being an overseer of the ministry, directing their focus on making Christ known to their peers through meetings and outreaches. This semester, we are doing our first-ever “Jesus Awareness Week” at CCM! Praise the Lord! On another note, as I am now also discipling a couple of girls from Kean University, I have a passion and a vision for holding a Jersey-wide women’s time and men’s time, within the next year. My heart is to connect Christian college students from all over New Jersey, so that they know they have a network of support and family. I can’t believe what God has done last semester in my life and through my ministry, and I can’t wait to see what God does next through the same ministry that changed my life!

• Please pray for the Lord to open the hearts and minds of New Jersey’s college students and tear down any misconceptions they may have about Jesus Christ. • Please pray for more male students to both come to know Christ and serve Him on campus. • Please pray for Jesus to reign over the many different anti-Christian groups in colleges. • Please pray for $2,500 of monthly support. • Pray for God’s direction for me and my future husband Sean Mulcahy! We are getting married in October!
