Ministry Description

* Sunday mornings are going well as we continue to grow as a community of faith. Based upon our attendance database, we estimate that over 100 people now consider Grace their home church. We have a very multi-ethnic, cross-cultural ministry…it’s quite exciting. * Grace Groups…(Small group ministry) Grace Groups are an avenue for building community, relational authenticity and relationship building, organic growth, biblical learning, prayer support, accountability and encouragement. * Mid-Level Groups. In February we started what we call “Grace Gatherings.” The group meets monthly and consists of elements that are in a typical worship service but a bit more low-key. In 2010, we will be developing Grace Gatherings according to community locations. The small groups will feed in and out of these groups. If you could imagine a pyramid, it would look like this: Worship Service – (A bit anonymous); Grace Gatherings – (Getting to know others); and Grace Groups – (Getting more intimate). Building Community…2009 was a big year for community building. As we have grown closer to each other, we see ourselves being prepared for bigger and better impact in the community.

Pray for continued relational success. *Increased attendance on Sunday mornings. *Our family as we go through very difficult transitions.
