Welcome to the new website

It has been exciting over the past few weeks & months to see the new website take shape. There have been many highlights. I will never forget the early discussions with Dan & Phil talking about what we wanted to communicate and how, including the look and feel of the website, which took us through a surreal but engaging discussion on “Maroon 5″ (the band if you did not know), the evolution of the three piece suit and the Bentley motor car.

If anyone wants to explain that thought process I am all ears. Filming for the videos was both hilarious (I got a terrible bout of the giggles during the staff session) and very moving. We got to film people who opened their hearts and how God was impacting their lives, it regularly left me in tears. Finally we had the photography session where all the staff discovered that the years had taken their toll and ravaged their good looks, “can we do something about that reflection of Dan’s head?”

This has been very much a pastoral team effort, complemented by the chance to work with some very gifted people (Tom Rose (Website Developer) and Jason Ostrander (Video) and Bill Lawson (Photography)). But it does not stop here. We want to make this website a vital and relevant part of our ministry as we move forward. We encourage you to make use of it, and to give us feedback on how we can improve the site and your experience.
